Wait no longer, RockIt Body Redondo Beach is officially open, and we’re ready to make you sweat, shake, and have fun doing it, no matter where you are in the South Bay! Stuck in traffic on the 405, or stuck in traffic on PCH RockIt Body is close by.

We are extremely excited to watch studio #2 take off, and we are pleased to say the word about RockIt Redondo is spreading like wildfire. The studio space is beautiful, complete with high beam ceilings, a separate dressing room, an information corner (so you are always up to date), and its located smack dab in the heart of the Riviera Village. Manhattan Beach clients, if you haven’t come to visit yet, make a plan to come on down and say hi. Why not take a class while you’re there? Remember clients on any package are free to book classes in either studio.

We are still working on a few finishing touches in Redondo to make sure the studio is warm, inviting, and a place you’ll love come. The barre (for our amazing RockIt Barre classes) is hung and the rubber floors laid, so while you may not be able to wear your shoes in the studio, we have cushioning for your tread sock covered feet to get moving during classes. Which means, more cardio – less fat!

You’ve heard of the Real Housewives of Orange County and New York and New Jersey and Atlanta – face it, we all have guilty pleasures – but have you heard of the Swedish Hollywood Housewives? Maybe not if you’re from the states, but if you’re from Sweden you haven’t missed an episode. Literally, this reality show featuring three Swedish women living glamorous lives in Los Angeles has captured the blue eyes of the Swedes, breaking viewing records. And now, even those across the world will want a RockIt Body for themselves.

Maria Montazami, one of the stars of the show, dropped into RockIt Body for a workout after the producers caught word of our lengthening, toning, body shaping studio. They came to the studio and filmed Maria during one of our classes. The goal? To make her sweat, shake, and wake up with that ‘where did these muscles come from’ feeling. The result? Well, what do you think.

This is one you have to see! After hearing press about our Grand Opening, the TV Guide Network wanted the scoop on our amazing workout that has hit the South Bay. They joined our Grand Opening cocktail event to film the festivities and then they came back to film a class. The segment was entitled, “Secrets of the Hollywood Body” and while several new workouts were listed, RockIt Body received more air time than anyone else! We couldn’t be more thrilled to let in on the secret!

Our Grand Opening Event turned out to be a huge success! We had so many people who dropped in throughout the day to take classes from SPX creator, Sebastien Lagree, and celebrate the opening of our studio. While they were here, they received complimentary nutrition consultations, chair massages, organic spray tans, refreshments, and fellowship with our clients.

It should also be noted that with your help, our charity, We Can, which offers emotional support to families whose children are suffering with brain tumors, was able to send six families to camp!

That evening, we traded our sweaty clothes for cocktail attire and transformed the studio from a workout haven to the hottest spot in the South Bay. Complete with music, drinks, hor deourves, silent auction, and Proformer demonstrations, you’ve never seen a studio grand opening quite like this. TV Guide Network joined the fun and filmed not only the event but also candid interviews that will later be used in a segment entitled, “Secrets of the Hollywood Body.” Stay tuned for footage!
