TERMS OF USAGE

• We require a 12 hr cancellation notice.
  For Session Packs: For late cancels and no-shows, one session will be deducted from the pack.
  For Unlimited Packages: Late cancels (within 12 hrs) will be charged $20, and no-shows will be charged $25 to the credit card on file.
  Promotion Specials: Late cancels (within 12 hrs) will be charged $20, and no-shows will be charged $25 to the credit card on file, unless stated otherwise.
  Sorry, there are no exceptions.
• All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable, or transferable.
• There will be a $20 charge for all returned checks.
• Socks with tread are required for all classes and are available for purchase at the front desk.
• Classes and instructors are subject to change without notice. Please check online for current class schedule.
• Unlimited Monthly Packages are automatically charged to a client’s credit card each month, and renew automatically when the packages expire. To cancel an auto-renewing package from renewing for another cycle, you must notify us by email at least ten days prior to the expiration date. Please make sure that you understand all rules and regulations pertaining to the packages or sessions.

One month of unlimited classes package (one per day) is purchased month to month with no extended commitment.

$199 3-Month Auto-Pay/Auto-Renewing Unlimited Package*
Sign up for a consecutive three-month commitment and receive each month for only $199. This package of monthly unlimited classes (one per day) automatically charges your monthly fees to your credit card on file. After your 3-month package expires, your account will automatically renew under the same terms. To cancel auto renewal, you must give us at least a ten day cancellation notice by email prior to the expiration of your package.
